2. Price & Payment

Accepted: Cash, E-transfer or Card.
Late balances may incur a fee of 2 % per month. Additional work requested on site must be approved by the Client and will be charged extra. Clients who book recurring service or sign a contract agreement are entitled to 10% off the total package.
3. Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may be charged 50 % of the price. A lockout or no-show fee of $75 applies if the team cannot gain access. The Company may reschedule for illness, weather, or emergencies without charge.
4. Access
The Client will provide safe, timely access and disclose any pets, alarms, hazards, or off-limits areas. Keys and codes are kept confidential and used only for this service. The Client should secure valuables, cash, and fragile items beforehand. Water and electricity must be available.
5. Supplies
The Company supplies standard cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. The Client must disclose allergies or product sensitivities in advance. Specialty equipment or products may cost extra and will be quoted first.
6. Damage
The Company will take reasonable care of the property. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of completion (photos encouraged). The Company will repair, replace, or reimburse items proven damaged by its negligence, up to the limit in Section 7. It is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, undisclosed hazards, or items not properly secured.
7. Liability
The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for this service (or its insurance limit, if higher), except where the law does not allow such a limit. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If the Client is unsatisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours and provide details of the issue.
8. Termination
This agreement ends when the service is completed and paid for. Either party may terminate before service begins in line with the Cancellation terms. The Company may stop work immediately if conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or payment terms are not met, and the Client will pay for work completed. Governing law: the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
