3. Price

The Client agrees to pay the fees below for the Services. Any additional work requested on site will be quoted and must be approved by the Client before it begins.

Loyalty / Contract Discount: Clients with continuous patronage, or who enter into a contract agreement with the Company, are entitled to a 10% discount on the total package. The discount applies for as long as the contract or continuous service remains active and in good standing, and may be removed if the contract is terminated or payments become overdue.

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the Client. If the actual condition or size of the property differs significantly, the Company may adjust the price with the Client's approval before work continues. Rates for recurring services may be reviewed with at least 30 days' written notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of $______ [is / is not] required to secure the booking and is applied toward the final invoice.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of Services within 7 days of invoice.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, E-transfer / bank transfer, Credit/debit card, or Other as selected below.
  • Recurring clients will be invoiced weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as selected below.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 2 % per month on the overdue balance. The Company may pause Services until overdue amounts are paid.
  • Returned or failed payments may be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The Client may cancel or reschedule by giving at least 24 hours written notice (text, email, or phone) before the scheduled start time, at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a fee of 50 % of the quoted price.
  • If the Company's team arrives and cannot gain access, or the Client is not available, a lockout/no-show fee of $75 may apply.
  • The Company may reschedule due to illness, severe weather, or emergencies and will notify the Client as soon as possible. No fee will be charged for Company-initiated rescheduling.
  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made within the free-cancellation window above.

6. Access to Property

  • The Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time (by being present, or by providing a key, door code, lockbox, or building access instructions).
  • Keys, codes, and alarm information will be kept confidential and used only for the Services. The Company will not copy keys without written permission.
  • The Client will secure or remove valuables, cash, jewelry, important documents, and fragile or irreplaceable items before service. The Client will disclose any hazards, pets, alarm systems, or areas that must not be entered.
  • Utilities (water and electricity) must be on and working unless otherwise agreed.

7. Damage

  • The Company will take reasonable care to avoid damage to the Client's property.
  • The Client must report any damage or concern within 24 hours of service completion (photos are encouraged) so that it can be reviewed. Claims reported later may not be accepted.
  • The Company will repair or replace, or reimburse the reasonable value of, items proven to have been damaged by the Company's negligence, up to the limit in Section 8.
  • The Company is not responsible for: pre-existing damage or wear; items not properly secured or disclosed; damage from faulty or unstable fixtures; normal wear and tear; or damage resulting from the Client's instructions.
  • The Client is responsible for damage to Company staff or equipment caused by hazards at the property that were not disclosed.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Insurance / bond: ______ (optional).
  • The Company's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or the limit of its insurance coverage, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • The Client is responsible for the safety of the property, including disclosing hazards, and agrees that the Company is not responsible for injuries to persons or pets caused by conditions of the property that were not disclosed.
  • The Company's staff are the Company's employees or independent contractors and are not employees of the Client.
  • If a Service is unsatisfactory, the Client must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Client should provide details of the issue.

9. Supplies and Equipment

  • Unless otherwise stated, the Company will bring all standard cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment needed for the Services.

  • The Company uses standard, commonly available cleaning products. The Client must tell the Company about allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences (e.g., fragrance-free or eco-friendly) before the first service. Special products may carry an additional charge.
  • If the Client supplies products or equipment (e.g., a vacuum or specialty cleaners), the Client is responsible for their condition and working order.
  • Items such as specialty equipment (e.g., pressure washing, industrial floor machines) or heavy-duty post-construction supplies may require an additional charge, quoted in advance.

10. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and, for one-time services, ends when the Services are completed and paid for. For recurring services, it continues until terminated by either party.
  • Either party may terminate recurring services by giving at least 14 days written notice.
  • The Company may terminate immediately if the Client fails to pay, creates an unsafe or hostile work environment, repeatedly denies access, or breaches this Agreement.
  • The Client may terminate immediately if the Company materially breaches this Agreement and fails to correct it within a reasonable time after written notice.
  • On termination, the Client must pay for all Services performed and any non-refundable costs incurred up to the termination date. Unused prepaid amounts (if any) will be refunded, less any amounts owed.
  • Sections on Payment, Damage, Liability, and Confidentiality survive termination.

11. General Provisions

  • Non-solicitation: The Client agrees not to directly hire the Company's staff for private cleaning during this Agreement and for 6 months after, without the Company's written consent.
  • Privacy: The Company will keep the Client's personal information and property details confidential.
  • Entire Agreement: This is the full agreement between the parties. Changes must be in writing and signed or confirmed by both parties.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
  • Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
